Hi, I'm Bethany! I'm the owner of Latched & Attached and the instructor of Attached to Sleep.

I'm a sleep consultant that has helped hundreds of families go from exhausted to rested in a matter of days. I have developed a method of sleep training that not only works, but it does so gently. I make sure that we cater to the security and attachment that your little one has to you because I value that parent-child bond more than any amount of sleep. I'm guessing you feel the same and that's why you're here.

I used to nurse Sadie to sleep, try and put her in the crib and sneak out ninja style. Never worked. When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
How long will the course take me to complete?
The course itself has a lot of information to digest. Though you could certainly sit and watch/read it all in one day, I would suggest doing it over a few days/weeks, making the small adjustments that will effect sleep as you go.
How long, once we start the sleep training, will it take for my child to sleep better?
The unfavorable answer is that every child is different and it's hard to give an exact time frame. However, working with so many families on a daily basis I can confidently say that the average family notices a difference in 3 nights.
How old should my child be?
The course will help you determine the readiness of your child for sleep training. This course and the attached to sleep method addresses ages 3 months - 4 years old. Why 3 months? I don't recommend the start of sleep training until a child has passed the 4 month sleep regression, which can happen anytime from 3 -5 months. If you want to purchase in preparation, go for it! But I don't recommend starting until they have passed that regression, otherwise you'll be doing it all over again after they work through it.
